Concern "Yaroslav" started its activities in 1995. The company was able to expand production volumes, purchase its own premises and open the first production lines quite quickly. Successful management policy and rapid production growth allowed the company to take a leading position in the light industry market of Ukraine.

Enterprises operating under the "Yaroslav" trademark have a long and interesting history.

Steblivka cotton-spinning-weaving factory –  the oldest and the most respected of all the enterprises included in the concern "Yaroslav". It was founded back in 1818 near the town of Rzhishchev. The local landowner Golovinsky built the newest cloth manufactory following the example of foreign industrialists. Later, production was moved to the town of Stebliv, located on the picturesque banks of the Ros River. In 1924, the factory was closed, allegedly due to unprofitability, but in fact it was closed due to its proximity to the Boguslav factory, which they wanted to develop more actively. Part of the equipment from Steblev was transported to Boguslav. In 1967, the factory was restarted, but by 1991 it was almost completely stopped, it was threatened with closure.

In 2008, the Steblivska factory joined the concern "Yaroslav" and subsequently began to work at full capacity. Currently, 240 employees work at the factory. The premises of the enterprise were renovated, new Italian machines were purchased, and modernized lines for the production of blankets, towels and fabrics for various purposes were opened.

Bohuslav cloth factory  is another respected Ukrainian enterprise founded in 1880. The main workshops were built by the landowner Yuzefov in Bohuslav. The main activity of the factory was the production of simple cloth made of wool for sewing clothes. During the Soviet rule, the production of coat fabrics and woven blankets was added to cloth production. As of 1941, about 350 people worked at the factory, but during during the Second World War, the factory was almost completely destroyed. After the Second World War, the Bohuslav factory was restored, in addition, new buildings were added to it.

  • the only line for the production of terry products in Ukraine.

Promin Factory was built in 1967 year and was a part of the Dymer industrial complex and specialized in sewing nightgowns, bed and children's linen. In 1994, a team of employees privatized the factory, and it received a new name - the Promin Factory. In 2001, the factory became Promin Factory JSC. The company "Yaroslav" carried out a reorganization of the enterprise, which brought the factory to a new level: new workshops with modern equipment were launched, workplaces were added, the production of quilted blankets began, significant changes also affected the warehouses. In general, the production volume of the factory increased. New warehouse and production premises were built. A brand store "Yaroslav" was opened on the basis of the factory.
